Pilates is a toning and sculpting workout which over time will guarantee tightening of core muscle groups. As woman we struggle with softening of these muscle groups due to many factors, pregnancy, poor diet, health conditions, and lack of activity are just some of the reasons.
This class is for anyone looking to restore and maintain muscle tone without a high cardio workout.
The class will include exercise ball work, tension band work (you may provide your own), with floor and stand up work. You will learn the proper way to do sit ups and floor exercises without tearing muscles or injuring your body. Pilates will teach you how to isolate each muscle group - many you would never think of - checking it's condition, and then building it up.
