Defensive Kickboxing is about fitness with a self defense edge; it targets most major muscle groups, burns fat, and help you maintain a healthy weight.

This class is for the anyone who wants to feel strong and toned, and is not afraid to sweat and really get hands one with your workout.

Defensive Kickboxing is is much more than standing in a line performing kicks and punches for half an hour. The class will incorporate kicks and punches of course, together with intense body movement and topped off with practical knowledge for defending yourself outside the classroom. South Elgin Martial Arts is fully equipped with punch/kick bags, free standing bags, and mats which we will utilize regularly.
